Current Openings:
Shifts: 3rd Shift Opportunities
Pay Range: $19.00/hr. Shift Differential (Based on position, shift, and experience)
Shift Differential: $3.00/hour extra based on the shift.
Line Operator Responsibilities:
As a Line Operator, you will play a vital role in our operations by:

• Adhering to all company environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Following work instructions and inspection standards to ensure accurate operational processes and meet customer product specifications.
• Starting up and shutting down machines according to procedures.
• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting machines in grinding, assembly, or broach and turning lines.
• Supplying components to hoppers, indexing poles, or conveyors.
• Changing machine accessories using hand tools.
• Inspecting components for defects and performing precision measurements.
• Troubleshooting machine alarms and taking corrective actions.
• Recording quality inspection data and production information.
• Safely using powered material handling equipment.
• Assisting machine repair technicians as needed.
• Performing machine preventative maintenance.

Skills and Abilities:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Basic mechanical knowledge of computerized machines, gauges, and hand tools.
• General knowledge of material handling, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus on tasks.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving objects safely.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift driving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and hear.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Sufficient vision for close-range inspections.
