Israel Aerospace Industries is Hiring a Shipping & Export Administrator Near Columbus, MS

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements to prevent delays or penalties.
  • Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners.
  • Track and monitor the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide timely updates to relevant parties.
  • Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and ensure adherence to import/export compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all export-related transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using software and export-related tools.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in shipping coordination, export logistics, and documentation management.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 CFR 120.62
