• W2 Contract, 3 months
• This position is 100% on-site in Braceville, Illinois
• This position is full time, 40 hrs/week

Overview

The PC Refresh Technician will perform activities related to imaging and installing new laptop and desktop computers across a site. There are roughly 200 assets that need to be imaged and deployed. The PC Refresh Technician will provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows operating systems and software installations, as well as provide excellent customer service when replacing assets for users.
Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in PC refresh
• Experience providing desktop / desk side support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10).
• Experience installing software on laptop and/or desktop computers.
• Experience in application support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service to end users being supported
• Able to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, based on business needs.
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience working on a Nuclear site
