• This position is hybrid. The resource must be comfortable working onsite in Plantation, FL two or three times per week.

Overview

• Our client is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to join the Catalog Systems team in Plantation, Florida. Catalog Systems sits within the larger Retail Operations team, which is responsible for creating the systems, services, and process infrastructure for all of the client's businesses. The team s mission is to be the backbone for the company's Business/Category teams, helping win long-term customer trust, business growth, and profitability. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, driven and demonstrates a high degree of ownership in all they do. This skill set will be applied to item-level data across the catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness, ultimately influencing the customer experience. Responsibilities will include the following:
• Serve as a subject matter expert independently overseeing a specific body of work/process in 1-2 areas.
• Execute work in this area, identify and eliminate risks, issues or potential defects, communicate with Vendor Partners and internal stakeholders, etc.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives involving Catalog systems and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar and up to three (3) years of professional experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft suite products - namely Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a driving passion to change, challenge, and improve processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as (Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
• Prior experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in SQL and/or Tableau.
• E-commerce background.
