We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads. Responsiblities

  • Drive the team to achieve L10 rock completion goals and maintain scorecard success.
  • Strategize lead generation activities to support Planner production targets.
  • Engage in HubSpot training and foster continuous learning within the team.
  • Maintain vendor alignment, meet ROI targets, and manage expenses within budget.
  • Deliver accurate reports, track channel performance, and evaluate marketing strategies.
  • Oversee timely and effective completion of all creative designs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – focus on Marketing preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with administering and using Hubspot. HubSpot certification is highly preferred. We’ll work with you to obtain it if you don't already have it.
  • 7 years of experience managing marketing initiatives and driving results with a team.
  • Experience understanding and evaluating advanced, multi-channel marketing funnels.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
