Treasury/Intercompany Analyst - NSK Corporation

The Treasury/Intercompany Analyst Role

The purpose of this position is to provide Treasury support for day-to-day cash operations and intercompany/affiliate billings and netting. Support includes – Oracle cash accounting function, bank portal system administration, problem solving, analyzing current processes, incorporate best practices to cash management, prepare monthly intercompany billings and settle affiliate netting. This position will develop strong alliances with the A/P, A/R, Payroll and Tax Departments of NSK to communicate and develop more effective and efficient cash forecasting processes. This position will also reconcile corporate bank accounts and provide assistance in preparing cash forecasts, bank transfers, and other necessary banking related documentation.

Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and analyze day to day cash activity.
  • Reconcile cash transactions.
  • Perform month end cash activities (reconcile cash clearing account, book JE’s).
  • Prepare month end cash related reconciliations in Blackline.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany chargeback billings.
  • Reconcile monthly intercompany netting files.
  • Assists with financial and tax audits.
  • Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Ensures an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Ensures the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate.

Qualifications 

  • This job requires a minimum of an Associates Degree in Business and 2-4 years of position-related experience.
