• Responsible for developing and managing annual budgets and capital investments. |
• Directs and manages plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, production, production control, finance, and Environmental Health and Safety. |
• Leads Environmental Health and Safety and compliance initiatives ensuring all facility members adhere to NSK policies and procedures. |
• Removes constraints through the allocation of human and equipment resources to maximize plant profitability. |
• Conduct performance appraisals and provides coaching and guidance that motivates the staff to meet or exceed plant policy goals and objectives. |
• Develops and executes succession planning and employee development. |
• Establishes and maintains a positive community relationship by actively engaging with leaders in city/county/state government, law enforcement and civic groups and organizations. |
• Schedules and conducts plant wide meetings, meets with and welcomes customers, suppliers and other plant visitors. |
• Prepares and coordinates for corporate review, plant performance to KPI metrics at regular intervals - weekly/monthly/annually. |
This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; the preferred formal education is a Master's Degree and 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
