Job Purpose: NSI Security is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator.

NSI Security, a trusted leader in the security industry, is seeking an experienced highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to come and join our team as a Service Coordinator for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of previous experience in a similar role. This individual will possess proficient attention detail and assist with the administration, scheduling & inventory of service calls and scheduling while performing a variety of tasks as outlined below.

Job Description:

  • Field incoming calls possessing the ability to communicate with customers efficiently and effectively to obtain information.
  • Scheduling, coordinating and dispatching service calls with customers and technicians.
  • Review service tickets to ensure proper documentation of services rendered, time and materials are entered into scheduling software.
  • Create Purchase Orders & RMAs as needed.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stocking and use of materials in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Assist in the retrieval of equipment from inventory and signing it out to technicians.
  • The Ability to act independently and make competent decisions.

  • Must be able to focus and complete assigned tasks and prioritize when given multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in an emergency.
  • Ability to work with the team in the field when the need arises.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner, keep accurate records while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of various security systems and networking preferred, but not required.
  • Perform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with administration, scheduling & inventory in security or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid MA Driver's License.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
