NSG, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Security Flex Officers for 3rd shift schedules at multiple locations throughout the greater Cincinnati area. As a Security Flex Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities.

Must be able to work 3rd shift hours (10pm-6am, 11pm-6am, 9pm-5am) with open availability throughout the week (32-40 hours per week) and have your own transportation.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

This position pays $18.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety equipment and cameras to maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct scheduled walking rounds of the facilities.
• Report any incidents promptly to the proper authorities.
• Maintain a secure site by addressing policy or process violators.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Availability for 1st shift hours (6a-2p, 7a-3p, 8a-5p, 10a-6p) with open availability throughout the week (30-40 hours per week).
• 1-2 years of security or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
• Background in military, law enforcement, or corrections is preferred (not required).
• Ability to pass a complete pre-employment background check.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

Physical Requirements:
