NSF is looking to add an HPLC Manager II, Analytical Labs to our growing team. This job involves the management and coordination of people and instrumentation to keep preparation and analytical work smoothly flowing through several lab areas. This role will focus on management of laboratory production on a newly created Tuesday-Saturday shift. We're looking for candidates that have the ability to work Tuesday-Saturday (7:00am to 3:30pm). The Manager II, weekend shift qualifies for a 5% shift premium.

Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Train, develop, motivate, and evaluate a competent workforce in cooperation with the management team.
• Overall responsibility to ensure that production targets and turnaround time goals are met.
• Ensure that the team meets safety, quality, and cost control objectives.
• Coordinate resources between groups.
• Provide technical oversight and help with troubleshooting/problem resolution as appropriate.
• Oversee communications with other shifts.
• Perform other duties as requested.
