Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Back room operations support for Branch to prepare for closing.
- Evaluate and review real estate contracts and supporting documents.
- Responsible for requesting & / or follow-up on payoffs, homeowner’s association demands, verify tax information. Along with any other title liens or documents required prior to close.
Job Requirements :
- Adapt seamlessly to a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently.
- Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar a must).
- Excellent verbal / written skills along with strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to deliver superior customer service.
- Must have high level of organization and strong attention to detail.
- Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience on an escrow desk a plus.
- The preferred candidate would reside in the Midvale area.
