NRP Construction is a family-owned construction business established in early 2022. A solid reputation based upon quality work has resulted in rapid growth and the need to expand the workforce. Scope of work ranges from small unique projects, total remodel and new residential/commercial construction projects.

Job Overview:

NRP is seeking a reliable “Jack of all trades” who is not only capable of completing working on their own but also overseeing projects and managing small crews. Work days include but are not limited to operating equipment, moving materials, demo, concrete framing, drywall, and interior finishes. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Duties:

- Working daily with crew to see projects to completion
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with NRP team, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation of any changes or deviations

Requirements:

- Skilled in many construction processes
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in using construction management software (Fieldwire)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Ability to supervise and manage a diverse team of workers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
