SCHEDULE: Thursday 2-6, Friday 9-6, Saturday 9:30-5, Monday 9-6

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
• Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure that all traffic is followed up by marketing efforts, social media outlets, phone calls, or email correspondence.
• Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

• Prior leasing experience is preferred. 
• Must be willing to work weekends and reliable. 
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
