WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Clean grounds and removing litter, debris and ensuring the property has exceptional curb appeal.
• Assist with pool maintenance.
• Assist with distributing resident notices.
• Assist in make-readies and other maintenance related tasks. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

• 1 years of job-related experience working outside or in the elements.
• General maintenance experience is preferred.
• Pool pump certification or training a plus.
