NRCI Telecom has an immediate opening for the position of Civil Foreman in the Sacramento area. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small business atmosphere and enjoys being a team player.

Duties:

• Operate heavy machinery.
• Read and comprehend construction blueprints and other documents.
• Develop daily plans for the execution and completion of each job.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Provide on-site management and leadership civil technician crew while ensuring all jobs are accurately completed and within budget.
• Document job progress in photos.
• Manage and develop employee skills to increase job productivity and safety.
• Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations for safety.
• Provide required paperwork and documentation regarding work practices on-site as well as achievement of production milestones.
• Communicate professionally with customers, crews, employees, and leadership.
• Manage job timelines and schedules.
• Submit daily progress reports and documentation for each job.
• Schedule assigned crews and adhere to project schedules.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record with current CA driver’s license.
• Ability to work out of town on a routine basis.
• Able to work with up to 75 lbs. on a routine basis.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
• At least 2 years of Civil Foreman experience and/or strong civil background
• Working knowledge of hand tools, heavy mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment.

Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
