Submission requirement:

• 1-2 year of current experience as Physical Therapist
• BLS/CPR
• Physical therapist license
• Covid card

Location:

• EDWARDSVILLE, IL 62025

Shift: 8am to 5pm

Payrate: upto $60/hr on W2
