JD:
•Lead overall Line technology direction, develop architecture and influence implementation to gain measurable business improvements
•Design scalable solutions that provide frameworks, interfaces, data strategy and services that can be extended and reused across the portfolio. Incorporate considerations regarding technology boundary, exceptions scenarios, market and product
•Be informed of journey platform modernization plans and implications to existing architecture and roadmap
•Ensure architecture is consistent with enterprise architecture standards, guidelines and principles and connected to Technology Head Engineers and Enterprise Architecture for this purpose
•Develop, document, publish and maintain end to end technical architecture roadmap, flow and design guidelines by Line journey, product, market
•Hold regular E2E architecture review sessions for Line journeys throughout the product lifecycle to ensure holistic solutioning
•Understand the Business and Market specific nuances and identify synergies to provide a global solution where applicable
•Ensure Technical Non-Functional Requirements are identified and solutioned (i.e. response times, volumes, availability, security)
•Define, document and refine Line specific design principles, guidelines and practices. Communicate these to stakeholders, retro and improve.
•The Solution Architect will become subject matter expert to accomplish the above responsibilities and will partner with other subject matter experts in Line platform and product areas.
