Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate parts in our Product Data Management system for the following: o Export & HTS Codes o Correct Design Authority o Identify disconnected parts in our Product Data Management system (that exist in our Order Management System) • Evaluate parts in our Order Management System for the following: o Correct Design Authority • Locate native files required for processing Engineering Change Notices. • Update basic meta data for parts and documents in our Product Data Management system. • Download marked prints from our Product Data Management system for review and updates. • Create new part/document revisions in our Product Data Management system. Assists all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments. May require an associate degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
