Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crop Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients
- Process insurance applications and handle policy renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Knowledge of insurance products, including but not limited to life, health, auto, and home insurance
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
