Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
- Create process improvements
- Provide direct and outstanding customer support
- Develop productive customer relationships
- Cross department communication
- Serve as liaison between organization and its customers
- Work alongside sales and accounts receivable teams
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Experience in distributing setting preferred
- Experience using reports to inform decision making
- Experience in manufacturing and warehousing
