Position Summary

Position is responsible for functions supporting warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

· Process all customer returns

· Check for errors in orders and ensure all shipments are correct before departing

· Create a pick list and shipping documentation in order to complete the end process for shipping

· Support physical inventory by being available during the assigned count period.

· Monitor and manage inventory of consumable supplies such as office supplies and packaging materials

· Print Bill of Ladings and invoices for orders

· Organize pick lists and outbound shipments on a daily basis

· Enter receipts of raw material and small packages into SAP

· Assist Shipping Supervisor in coordinating outbound shipments, paperwork and truck scheduling.

· Create products labels for Toyota outbound shipments requiring special ASN.

Additional Responsibilities/Duties

· Performs general office functions

· Preform other duties and handle special projects as directed

Education

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Experience

2 years of related experience. DOT Certification a plus

Specific Skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Very detail oriented with good communication skills

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc…)

· SAP or ERM experience preferred
