Growing and collegial nursing home group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner in primary care in the Bronx, New York! Flexible schedule! Open to new grads!

- Founded in 1996, this company is a premier network of skilled nursing, rehabilitation and seniors care services with 47 locations across New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Kansas
- This company's resources contributes to nearly every aspect of the post-acute healthcare spectrum with the main purpose of getting people stronger by harnessing the power of the network to bring specialized and complex healthcare to everyone This group has 110 Nurse Practitioners and MDs and the practice has been open for 7 years
- $120-160k/ yr in salary depending on experience, plus $15-30k yr in bonuses
- 1 month and 1 week off per year = 26 days total paid time off
- Medical, retirement, dental
- Flexible schedule / make your own hours
- Paid during training
- Team setting of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends, no call
- 15-25 patients per day on average – primary care to nursing home patients.
- Working at only 1 facility
- Nurse Practitioner
- Ideally someone with med surg, telemetry or nursing home experience
- Ability to build relationships well with the staff and patients – be fully involved in the facility.
