Title:E & I Lead Supervisor
Location: Stevenson, AL **Selected candidate must relocate**
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 (and 20%) Total possible with bonus and salary $168k - $180KNHH is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Lead Supervisor for a global Consumer Packaging company at one of their mills in Stevenson, Alabama (which is about 45 minutes -1 hour from Chattanooga, TN and Huntsville, AL). This is an onsite position, supervising 3-4 supervisors and an assistant superintendent and is a ‘player/coach’, hands-on, engineering role with ‘office and on-the-floor’ responsibilities. *There is a top-tier relocation package covering all related moving and housing expenses for this role* Job Functions

Manage 4-6 direct reports in the Electrical and Instrumentation department.
Manage mill electrical and instrumentation equipment through maintenance, enhancement and replacement.
Manage contracts/vendors.
Maintain capital and operations budgets.
Ensure availability and reliability of machinery and equipment in an OSHA compliant environment.
Effectively lead and mange team performance and manage overall budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or High School Diploma, GED and/or Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering AND 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
Experience in PLC programming, Distribution Control and AC/DC
Labor Union experience a big plus
Experience with and ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
Ability to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Consumer packaging, paper, chemical or manufacturing industry experience a PLUS
