SUMMARY:

Novus is seeking a skilled Digital and CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in leveraging our CRM system alongside digital marketing initiatives to support and amplify the efforts of our loan officers. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise in CRM and digital marketing platforms, with a strategic mindset aimed at optimizing customer engagement, streamlining sales processes, and driving business growth through actionable data insights. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, technical know-how, creative thinking, and collaborative teamwork to support the sales process and enhance customer relationships through the effective use of CRM and digital marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CRM Strategy Development and Implementation: Craft and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that integrates with digital marketing efforts, focusing on automation, personalization, and efficiency in customer interactions.
  • Integration of CRM and Digital Marketing: Ensure seamless integration between CRM systems and digital marketing platforms, facilitating data exchange and insight sharing to inform targeted campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze CRM data to identify trends and customer behaviors, using insights to drive marketing strategies and drive drip campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing Optimization: Leverage CRM data to optimize lead generation and nurturing processes, ensuring high-value prospects are targeted with marketing efforts.
  • Innovation and Adoption of Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and digital marketing trends, incorporating innovative practices to keep Novus ahead in the mortgage industry.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of CRM and digital marketing strategies, reporting insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and strategy sessions between sales and marketing to ensure alignment on objectives and collaborative planning of future initiatives.
  • Managing vendor relationships: Oversee relationships with CRM and digital marketing vendors, evaluating and integrating new tools, and managing service issues as the primary contact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems and executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with all levels of management.
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
