Develop and maintain complex software systems based on documented requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and review of software components, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Utilize and adapt various software development methodologies to suit the project environment.
Contribute to system design, focusing on the integration of Commercial and Government Off-The-Shelf solutions.
Collaborate with system engineers and users to understand and address performance standards and problem areas.
Analyze system usage, workflows, and issues to develop effective software solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Software Engineering.
Alternately, three (3) years of experience with a relevant Master's degree, or exceptional candidates with a PhD and zero (0) years of experience.
Six (6) years of Software Engineering experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance required.
