Novo Building Products is an industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of stair parts, mouldings, doors, and specialty millwork, along with a variety of board products. Position Summary

This role is Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm - starts at $16 per hour, benefits at 60 days - 9 paid holidays per year!

The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring the product is restocked throughout the warehouse.

Essential Responsibilities

• Restock by moving products into bins while checking the quality of the stock and tallying the bundle for system accuracy.
• Check the product for bad/defective pieces and identifies appropriately; note the number of bad pieces on the tally for updating the system.
• Operate motorized equipment (i.e., tuggers,) as needed for the efficient and safe movement of stock and materials.
• Remains aware of possible hazards and maintains a safe work environment.
• Maintains a clean work area, sweeping, rebinding loose bundles, etc.
• Other duties may also be assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Must be able to perform all essential functions, including physical requirements
• Must be able to physically handle awkward product lengths and lift to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Basic math skills, interpersonal/team skills, and reasoning skills are also required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
