Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing and designing engaging and effective e-learning and in-person learning courses related to our product, Wellbie(c). This role requires strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning technologies, and project management.

Our content is focused on topics of organizational development, leadership, wellbeing, burnout, and inclusion. Passion in these content areas is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop eLearning solutions using Adobe Captivate, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with instructional objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts create engaging course content that meets learning outcomes.
  • Utilize instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create innovative learning modules.
  • Ensure all digital content is accessible and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in eLearning and instructional design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Captivate and familiarity with other eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and web-based training.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,774.00 - $89,332.00 per year
