The position

As a Communication Student Assistant, you will report to the Director of Business Support and work closely together with the Communication Partner to the broader area’s Corporate Vice President.

While working in Business Support, the CVP Communication Partner has the overall communication responsibility for an area of appr.

Qualifications You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or a similar field of study.

It is preferred that you remain in the position for at least 1 year before graduating. Passion for communication and applying your skills in a corporate and global environment Proficiency in working independently with specified tasks Flexibility and adeptness in task approach and work planning, with a strong adherence to deadlines Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about driving improvements Excellent communication abilities, with a requirement for proficiency in both verbal and written English and Danish As a person you are detail-oriented and with an eye for visual presentation.

Finally, you are tech-savvy, curious to try new things, and become an expert in new communication channels, systems, and software.

Experience with SharePoint or other CMS software and video editing is an advantage but not a requirement. About the department DMS is a dynamic and constantly evolving production site located in Hillerød.

We are responsible for manufacturing and sourcing plastic components and devices for all Novo Nordisk production sites and are currently employing more than employees and continuously growing.

You will be an integral part of our Business Support department, which is responsible for LEAN, Training, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, Facility, IT, Digitalization & Automation support, Strategy and Communication.

Business Support (BS) is part of the CVP area Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS), within Product Supply in Novo Nordisk.
