POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Host or Maitre d’ plays a senior role in the restaurant responsible for providing leadership to a team of hosts and ensuring the delivery of top-quality service to guests. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask contribute to the overall success of this position.
