Trust and Estate paralegal to support attorneys at law firm located in Huntington, New York. The candidate should have the ability to prioritize and balance a variety of skills. The ideal candidate has experience in managing his / her own caseload; i.e., create, track and maintain files; monitor calendars and meetings deadlines; document actions / input information into database and case management software. Experience in Estate Litigation and Surrogate's Court a plus.

Responsibilities include preparing probate petitions, administration petitions, miscellaneous proceedings, accountings and other proceedings associated with trust and estate administration. Experience in Word Perfect or Microsoft Office is required along with familiarity with legal software programs. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Position is on-site only
