Manufacturing candidates wanted with ability to operate highly technical production equipment. Prior manufacturing experience preferred with ability to work in team environment.

Successful candidates must be available to work any shift and overtime. Candidates must have good communication, interpersonal and computer skills, ability to accurately use measurement instruments and good mathematical problem-solving skills.

• Completed High School or have a GED.
• Have the ability and desire to work in and participate in a team environment
• Can demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Have working knowledge of software applications, email, etc.

Location Profile

Novelis’ Terre Haute facility is located in the center of the Wabash Valley about an hour drive from Indianapolis. The region is named for the nearby Wabash River.

The facility’s 150 employees produce world-class light gauge aluminum that is used in the production of aluminum foil containers and industrial fin products.

Through the Novelis Neighbor program employees enjoy long-term partnerships with the United Way Salvation Army and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts providing support in Safety STEM and Recycling.
