Position Overview

The Novelis Data Engineering team is seeking an IT Contracts Technical Writer Intern. The candidate in this role will be responsible for technical writing for the IT Service Management process/policy documentation. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

• Update process documentation for the following processes:

• Incident
• Problem
• Change 
• Knowledge 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Pursuing Bachelors (Junior or Senior) or Masters with a focus on Writing or IT 
• Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering major
• Background knowledge in IT concepts and technical writing
