Job Title: Electrical EHS Coordinator
Location: Rochester
Salary / Pay Rate: $80,000-$95,000 Overtime
Job Type: Industrial or Manufacturing Plant Construction.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced EHS coordinator to assess and represent the safety, risk, compliance, and planning across three manufacturing sites in Rochester.
* Serve as the representative for Safety & Risk compliance and planning.
* Review and approve subcontractor safety plans.
* Develop and complete site-specific safety plans and audits.
* Create action plans to address identified challenges and deficiencies.
* Participate in accident investigations and root cause analyses, and communicate safety trends and improvement opportunities to management, field supervision, customers, and employees
The Candidate
* Preferred qualifications include a degree in safety or a related field.
* Possession of an OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Card.
Electrical refurbishment or rewiring in industrial or manufacturing plant construction safety expertise
* Exhibit professionalism and uphold the core values of the organization through conduct and demeanor.
* Acquire knowledge of safety policies and regulations.
