• Efficiently process and document all stored inventories of courier and drop-off parcels

• Provide guest assistance in the processing and reviewing of all shipping and receiving materials

• Ensure proper security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packages

• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions

• Perform the counter service functions including but not limited to: sending and receiving faxes, photocopying, computer workstation rentals, laptop, workstation printing, selling & promoting of retail items and collecting guest email addresses

• Assist guests with workstation personal computer functions including Internet usage

• Maintain interdepartmental communication and support services with Sales, Convention Services, Special Events and the Mail Center

• Provide assistance and information for inquiries regarding business activities and locations of in-house or city-wide conventions

• Facilitate exhibit, meeting and function set-ups in regards to package, freight and equipment delivery
