Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department his/her future Plant Director (M/F), located in JANESVILLE JN-PL. Purpose Within the framework of the budget and legal constraints and in accordance with the SMART Management System, he/she is responsible for implementing the various programs to allow the unit to meet cost, deadline and quality objectives.Essential Job Functions
Responsible for implementing and leading the continuous improvement efforts. Establish credibility (through Lean knowledge, business acumen, and company policy and procedure) with executive leadership to influence basic strategy and effective inclusion of long-range improvements to the site
Create strategic plans to support the long-term profitable growth of the business
Manage plant operations to deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plan.
Responsible for delivering on Safety, Cost, Delivery, Quality, and Inventory targets
Evaluate and determine key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
Develop a superior workforce that emphasizes safety, quality, continuous improvement, high performance, and employee retention
Strong commitment to business ethics and integrity
