Devinco Capital is the parent company of Novare Aesthetics. We are adding a Aesthetics school into the business and are seeking an experience expert medical aesthetics injector to lead the classroom and educate the students. We are looking to be the benchmark in the industry for education and want to provide an on going education opportunity for our students. We want to change the " 1 and done" type certification style that is currently in our industry. We need someone who has the experience and who is willing to partner with us to build a industry changing initiativ. for the right person this opportunity will be very lucrative if they are willing to put in the work to help build this institution with us .

Initially the position will be a part time position but will grow into a full time salaried positio as the business grows.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a medical professional with experience in a variety of aesthetic treatments, such as neurotoxin, dermal fillers, weight loss injections, etc. This candidate will also have a passion for teaching and adult education.

Duties:

- Conducting classes in various beauty and wellness subjects such as Neurotoxin, dermal fillers, weight loss injections, laser hair removal, PDO threads, etc

- Assist in developing curriculum centered around 1-2 day courses.

- Developing lesson plans and educational materials to enhance student learning

- Demonstrating proper techniques and procedures to students

- Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback

The candidate should have a professional medical license: RN, NP, PA, & MDs

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students

- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment

- Organizational skills to plan lessons effectively and manage student progress
