Job Summary

As Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, you'll ensure the highest quality standards for products and services. You'll lead a large team of quality professionals. Alternatively, you'll lead multiple quality disciplines for a global business unit(s). You'll collaborate closely with executives to align organizational objectives and optimize quality processes for customer satisfaction.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

• Overseeing the performance and results of global quality function, developing and implementing effective processes and procedures.
• Leading complex projects, programs, or initiatives to ensure quality standards.
• Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and enable their career growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Driving operational excellence, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Education

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.

• Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) closure rate

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $110,664 to $152,163 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
