The Director of Market Institutes coordinates appropriate resources for all daily operations, human resource management, fiscal management, and supporting initiatives aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values and goals in the ambulatory clinics while collaborating with facility and market leadership for acute care operations. The Director collaborates with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across institutes, facilities, submarkets and the medical group and takes ownership and accountability to implement market strategic growth, operational precision, service enhancements, program development and community engagement initiatives. The Director leads and ensures the market specific operational infrastructure of the institute will enable execution of key initiatives to meet targeted goals and outcomes. They demonstrate effective operational, analytical, communication and organizational skills; including but not limited to: operational assessments, market analyses, business forecasts and success matrices linked to market and enterprise based goals.

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Healthcare or related field required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience : A minimum of five years progressive supervisory/management experience required. A minimum of two years progressive supervisory/management in a healthcare setting required.
