Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN.
• Experience: Minimum two years Hospice experience, required. Prior demonstrated clinical leadership, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Recurrent RN licensure in appropriate state, required. CHPN, preferred.
• Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and departmental-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successful complete Leader training and education . Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
