Overview:

Novacart Inc in Moorestown, NJ is seeking two [2] 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) Quality Tool (Machine) Operators for their Production Operations. Novacart Inc is the inventor of the first paper baking mold and is the world leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of paper products for the baking and confectionery industries. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility and possess mechanical knowledge to operate various machinery.

Duties:

• Set up machinery for operation. Includes loading the dies, setting the current recipes, adjusting the settings to improve production and product quality
• Start machinery and adjust machinery when necessary to improve performance and meet quality and production standards
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Load rolls and adjust setting for maximum quality
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Comply with all Company policies, GMP standards, and OSHA safety regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• .Three (3) years previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant experience
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery
• Strong attention to detail and precision in machine operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
