Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by actively seeking new clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolve customer queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a successful Insurance Sales Agent include but are not limited to:

• Receive inbound/outbound calls from potential customers who may be interested in the products offered.
• Evaluate the needs of each individual customer, provide accurate information, describe the advantages and disadvantages of what is offered, and sell the suitable plan(s) and any additional add-ons.
• Collect pertinent information from clients and submit it to the portal with accuracy.
• Obtain payment information when applicable to submit into portal and close sales.
• Update CRM to retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and relative records.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records, replying to emails, and updating sales tracker.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Willingness to gather and utilize customer feedback to improve processes.

• Proven track record of successful sales closing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Experience in the selling industry is mandatory.

• Bilingual is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

• 2-15 or 2-40 Florida Insurance License (other states accepted)
• Minimum Education Level: High school Diploma.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a great closer!
• Proficient in computers and skills with CRM software, softphone software, and quoting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a successful Sales Representative.
• Ability to work independently from an in-office location.
• Goal-driven and able to meet minimum sales goals requirements.
• Bilingual, preferred but not required.

• Flexible schedule after nesting stage
