The ideal candidate for our clinics manager must have exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service, verbal communication, and organizational skills; along with an inherent passion to educate and enrich the lives of others.
Responsibilities for Clinics Manager

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Manage staff scheduling and time cards
• Hire and train new employees
• Event organization with Ops and Sales
• Workflow optimization of clinic operations
• Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews
• Take Inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility and staff are following all protocols and regulations
• Client relations to maintain high satisfaction
• Help promote company digitally or within the community
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Clinics Manager

• Associate degree or 5 years of experience
• Proficient in administrative tasks including computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for patients, staff, and vendors
• Excellent Written and spoken communication
• Evidence informed decision making using analytical methods
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to lead and motivate a team confidently
