Summary/Objective
Essential Functions

- Stay up to date with the latest technologies relevant to the role and company offerings.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone or email.
- Assist with the administration of network services.
- Resolve user issues and requests.
- Document and track all support activities.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and implement necessary measures.
- Other duties as required.

Education and Experience

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Work Environment, Programs, and Tools
This position operates in a professional remote environment and requires individual to type, sit, stand, talk, and listen.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position will be hybrid at either our Stennis Space Center, MS, Tallahassee, FL, or Tampa, FL locations for co-working capability. This position is a full time non-exempt position, expected to work 40 hours per week. This position may require evening/weekend work and work outside of the typical work hours when needed to support business needs.
