About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team as our first designer. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the entire design vision and strategy for our platform from the ground up. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams across Engineering, GTM and Executives to translate our ambitious vision into intuitive, user-centric design solutions that delight our customers and drive business growth, and report to our Co Founder and CTO.

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to define product requirements, user stories, and design specifications as well as aligning design components with component libraries owned by the engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the GTM team on new future features to portray Sift’s future vision and direction.
• Spend time with customers and conduct user research to deeply understand their requirements and intentionally think how Sift’s technology fits into their ecosystem to create the best user experience.
• Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of our customers in all design decisions.

• 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in UX/UI design.
• Passion for solving complex problems with a strong background in taking complicated software and create a simple user experienceProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, with a passion for building and iterating on products in a lean, agile manner.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Background in B2B and data analytics is a plus
