Job Description

NOVA Patient Care in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (FNP/PA) to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and possesses a strong commitment to organization and enthusiasm. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a variety of medical conditions, as well as providing a wide range of primary and specialty health services. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, we offer health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability benefits, and a collaborative team environment that promotes professional growth and allows you to make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

We are also hiring for the other seven (7) other locations in Old Town, Crystal City, Pentagon City, Falls Church, Kingstowne, Hybla Valley, and Woodbridge locations.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses
  • Collaborate with and provide support to other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and technicians
  • Collaborate with caregivers and family members in order to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide educational material and counseling for patients
  • Document patient care activities, procedures, and outcomes in accordance with legal and operational requirements
Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Master's degree in Physician Assistant (MPA)
  • National certification as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA)
  • At least three years of experience in a clinical practice setting
  • Current state licensure in the state in which the position is located
  • US Work Authorization and Bilingual in English/Spanish
