Key Responsibilities: - Engage with families and individuals in underserved communities to understand their needs.- Explain the positive impact of our free internet, phones, and tablets on their lives.
- Assist in the application process for our programs, ensuring eligible individuals can access our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and program enrollment goals.
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on our services and offerings.
Qualifications:
-Must own transportation.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Empathy and a passion for helping others.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Sales or customer service experience preferred.
-Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly if relevant to the local community.
