Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing administrative support, and coordinating patient care.

Duties:

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Assist in resolving patient inquiries or concerns

Experience:

- Proven experience in a healthcare setting or medical office administration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing procedures is a plus
