We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. Someone who not only has customer service skills, but also the skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals. 

Skills Needed to Win: 

• Applicants must love helping people and enjoys being on their feet. This person should be friendly, patient, dependable, and communicates well face to face, over the phone, and through email. They should also possess the eagerness to learn and contribute.
• This candidate should be organized, have basic computer knowledge, the ability to understand customer needs and build relationships, and be goal oriented as they strive daily to accomplish sales goals.
• Experience working in sales and/or an office environment interacting with customers is required. Exceptional candidates will be fully trained upon employment.

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Taking actions to achieve targeted sales goals.
• Selling the value of enrolling in our programs such as Classes, Parties, and Special Events.
• Overcoming customer objections and resolving complaints.
• Building relationships with new and current customers.
• Keeping the gym environment friendly, organized, and clean.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have flexible hours Monday - Friday and two Saturday each month.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain course certifications required by SafeSport™.
