Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any complaints or problems
- Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, including proper handling and storage
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
