Wholesale Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: Nova Farms is looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Attleboro, MA. This individual will be a creative designer dedicated to our wholesale sales team. They will support the Wholesale Division by creating and managing marketing materials, ensuring accurate product representation, and assisting with various design projects. The role involves close collaboration with the Creative Department and participation in key creative and product development meetings. This position will support our cannabis operations across four states and will report to the Sales and Marketing teams.

SHIFT TIME: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5:00 PM

Status: Full- time (onsite)

Salary: $40,000-50,000

Responsibilities:

• Draft one-sheeters for product drops, highlighting key features and benefits of new cannabis products.
• Maintain and update product guides specific to each of our operating states, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with state regulations.
• Design engaging social media graphics and shareable content to promote products and brand awareness across various platforms.
• Ensure all menu images and product descriptions are accurate and up-to-date on the Wholesale Division website.
• Create eye-catching in-store display materials and coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production.
• Develop trade show display materials and manage the printing and logistics for events.
• Support the Wholesale Division with various design projects as needed, ensuring all materials align with brand standards.
• Provide support to the Creative Department on various projects when not fulfilling Wholesale Division requests.
• Participate in all Creative Department meetings and product development style meetings to stay aligned with overall company goals and creative strategies.
• Help manage and oversee project timelines and deliverables within the Wholesale Division.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proficient in (Adobe Creative Suite) and other design software.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials and product representations.
• Experience in handling multiple accounts concurrently, preferably with a background in freelance work or similar roles involving the management of various brands.
• Ability to maintain distinct aesthetics for each account and juggle different brand requirements effectively without blending them together.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external vendors.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry or a highly regulated industry.
• Understanding of state-specific cannabis regulations and the ability to ensure all marketing materials are compliant.
• Ability to develop innovative and visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle additional responsibilities as needed.
